The Los Angeles City Council delivered a stinging blow to the Right to Keep and Bear Arms in California on Tuesday, September 23, when it voted unanimously to ban the sale and possession of .50 cal. rifles. In addition, the LA City Council may vote as early as Tuesday, October 1, on an ordinance that would ban hunting ammunition within the city limits.
