On Monday, January 28 the South Dakota House of Representatives voted 65-0 to pass a "Right to Carry" Reciprocity bill. HB 1129 will establish reciprocal agreements to allow carry permit holders from other states to carry a firearm concealed in South Dakota and vice versa.
