Burglarized seven times in two years, Evalia Darling reached for her revolver when she heard the familiar sound of someone forcing their way into her Oklahoma City, Okla., home at 4 a.m. When a man armed with a knife entered her bedroom, she fired three times, putting him to flight. Responding police found the wounded man and arrested him.
