A man who broke into a home in the Logan Heights suburb of San Diego was met by the armed homeowner, who fired warning shots from his revolver and held the would-be burglar for police. Officers arrived to take the suspect into custody and credited the resident, Superior Court Judge Napoleon Jones, with foiling the burglary.
