Klaus Degler was bound along with his wife and a customer by
a duo of armed thieves who invaded his Denver, Colo., coin shop.
Degler slipped his bonds, reached his handgun and confronted the
assailants. When an exchange of gunfire resulted, both bandits ran,
the proprietor on their heels. He apprehended one gunman and held
him until police arrived.
