Hiring for multiple positions in various states/regions. Candidates must live within their assigned region.

We are seeking qualified Campaign Field Representatives (CFRs) for the 2024 election cycle to support NRA-endorsed candidates for elected office and advance the organization's mission in support of the Second Amendment in targeted states.

The ideal candidate has a deep passion for the Second Amendment and works to support NRA's political mission. Paid campaign experience preferred. Activities include, but are not limited to: grassroots network building and activation; directing voter contact efforts (phone banks, door-to-door, peer-to-peer texting, etc.); volunteer recruitment and management; NRA materials distribution; event planning and staffing; public speaking; data work; utilization of campaign technology; and GOTV & Election Day activities. The ideal candidate will also need to be a problem solver, a self-starter, and be able to work remotely with minimal supervision, within the team structure to ensure success in their region.

Familiarity with gun-related issues, the NRA, campaign technologies, and grassroots experience preferred.

Additionally, candidates:

  • Must be willing to dedicate attention to this job on full-time basis, including most weekends and evenings with a non-traditional schedule.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and remotely, with minimal direct oversight, and meet strict deadlines and reporting requirements;
  • Must be in harmony with NRA's mission.

CFRs are benefits-eligible. Pay commensurate with experience.
This is a seasonal position which will end with the November elections.
