Minnesota: Hearing Scheduled for Preemption Repeal Bill

Tomorrow, February 25th, the House Elections, Finance, and Government Operations Committee will hold a hearing on HF 3351, a statewide preemption repeal. The hearing will begin at 1 p.m. in Capitol G23. Please contact members of the committee and urge them to OPPOSE HF 3351 by using the TAKE ACTION button below.

HF 3351 seeks to repeal statewide preemption, allowing local governments to implement a patchwork of gun laws across Minnesota.
