North Dakota: Firearm-Related Reform Signed by the Governor

On April 26, Governor Doug Burgum signed pro-gun Senate Bill 2140 into law.

Senate Bill 2140 will allow residents to produce a digital copy of their concealed permit card, and it also reduces the penalty for not having your permit on you from a Class B misdemeanor to no criminal offense and a fine of $20.

Thank you to NRA members and Second Amendment supporters for their calls and emails in support of this legislation. Also, thank you to Governor Burgum and the lawmakers who voted in support of SB 2140.
