Arkansas: House Could Consider Concealed Carry Fee Reduction Next Week

As early as Monday, February 4, the Arkansas House could consider important self-defense legislation, Senate Bill 17. Please contact your Representative and strongly urge them to SUPPORT SB 17 when it comes up for a vote.

Senate Bill 17, sponsored by Sen. Trent Garner, will reduce the fee for a license to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense. If enacted, the current fee of $100 would be reduced to $50 for first-time applicants, and $25 for renewals and those over 65 years of age.

Again, please contact your Representative and strongly urge them to SUPPORT Senate Bill 17.
