Yesterday, the California Department of Justice (DOJ) opened the five day comment period for the “emergency” regulations relating to magazine capacity. Public comments must be submitted by 5:00pm on December 28, 2016.
The NRA and CRPA's team of attorneys have reviewed the proposed regulations and crafted a detailed analysis.
