Delaware:  Pro-Hunting Bills Released from Committee, Awaiting Floor Vote

Yesterday, two pro-hunting bills were released from the Delaware House Natural Resources Committee and are now awaiting a vote on the House floor.

House Bill 23, sponsored by state Representative Jeffrey Spiegelman (R-11), updates the calibers allowed for handgun hunting in Delaware.

House Bill 25, sponsored by state Representative David Wilson (R-35), allows for the statewide harvesting of gray foxes, and requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control to establish a season structure and framework.
