Election Day 2014 will be here before you know it. For us to ensure pro-Second Amendment lawmakers are elected to office, we need your help.
NRA-ILA’s Grassroots Division has a multitude of programs to engage NRA members and our supporters in the political process, and we are looking for your active participation in two of these important programs RIGHT NOW!
NRA-ILA Election Volunteer Coordinator (EVC) Program. ILA’s flagship volunteer program, our EVCs are NRA members who act as the liaison between NRA members & gun owners in their communities and pro-freedom candidates’ campaigns. The main goal of an EVC is to provide these campaigns with dedicated, educated volunteers to assist with phone banks, literature drops, precinct walks, voter registration, Election Day activities, and other campaign volunteer activities. For more information on the program, click here. If you are interested in serving in this critically important leadership capacity, call ILA Grassroots at (800) 392-VOTE (8683), and ask to speak to your state’s Grassroots Coordinator.
Second Amendment Activist Centers. Do you own a business? Do you know of a local business owner who staunchly supports the Second Amendment? If you do, this is the program for you. These businesses will serve as distribution points for NRA-ILA election and legislative materials. Second Amendment Activist Centers will be listed at www.NRAILA.org and will be promoted via email. To learn more about this program, click here, or call ILA Grassroots at (800) 392-VOTE (8683), and ask to speak to your state’s Grassroots Coordinator.
Our election year success is dependent on the full engagement of our members and supporters, so we need you to participate! While Election Day is still months away, our grassroots efforts to deliver victory on Election Day have already begun!
