Friday, April 26, 2013

Fairfax, Va. – The National Rifle Association announced today that Cheaper Than Dirt! has successfully recruited 7,600 new NRA members through its online banner campaign.

“Cheaper Than Dirt! is truly a partner when it comes to making sure the NRA has the resources it needs to get the job done,” commented NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre.  “Not only has the company come forward with generous financial support over the years, they understand that the NRA’s strength comes from its broad  membership and have taken an active role in bringing new members into the NRA family.”

Since its creation in 1993, Cheaper Than Dirt! has been a longtime friend of the Association.  As a regular sponsor of NRA events, advertiser in the NRA official journals, and as an exhibitor at the NRA Annual Meeting & Exhibits, the company counts many Association members among its customers.

“Cheaper Than Dirt! customers understand that now is the time for us to join forces to protect our great American way of life,” remarked Cheaper Than Dirt! COO Roberta Wilson.  “We are actively looking for ways to ensure that the NRA has everything it needs to protect our Second Amendment freedoms and instill a passion for the shooting sports in the next generation.”
