Tuesday, March 26, 2013

Please contact your state Senator and urge him or her to support SB 369

Senate Bill 369, sponsored by Senate Majority Leader John Unger (D-16), passed in the Senate Judiciary Committee today on a voice vote.  SB 369 would increase the number of states that recognize a West Virginia Concealed Pistol/Revolver Permit and allow residents of another state, who hold a valid out-of-state permit or license, to carry in West Virginia.

SB 369 now goes to the Senate floor, so please contact your state Senator and encourage him or her to support SB 369.
