Fairfax, Va. – Asa Hutchinson, former United States Representative, former United States Attorney, and former Under Secretary for Border & Transportation Security at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, will be announcing the findings and recommendations of the National School Shield Program on Tuesday, April 2, 2013.
