New Jersey: Upper Township gun owners wary of proposal prohibiting gun fire near neighboring properties

Gun owners here said this week that the township should be careful in crafting an ordinance prohibiting gunfire near neighboring properties, voicing concerns that it could end the use of gun ranges in a township that is transitioning from rural to suburban.
