Maryland: Concealed carry case set for October showdown

A federal court has issued a stay in the case that would make obtaining handgun permits in Maryland easier, which means the case will now move to an October hearing.
The three judge panel from the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals granted the stay pending appeal requested by the Maryland Office of the Attorney General on July 27.
