A homeowner in Tampa, Fla. answered a knock at his door and was met by a masked man who was armed with a knife. The masked man stabbed the homeowner in the hand at the doorway in an attempt to force his way inside, but the homeowner was able to close the door and retrieve a handgun. The masked man then tried to break through a window, at which point the homeowner fired at the criminal, scaring him away.
