Sales Tax Holiday Bill Passes West Virginia House of Delegates

On Friday, February 26, House Bill 4521, "The Second Amendment Appreciation Act" was passed by an overwhelming bi-partisan majority in the West Virginia House of Delegates.  This bill would allow for an annual sales tax exemption on all firearm purchases during the first weekend in October.  HB 4521 now awaits action in the Senate Finance Committee.
