Last Friday, April 17, Governor Kathleen Sebelius (D) signed two pro-gun bills into law.
House Bill 2308 will make a non-resident member of the
Senate Bill 19 will allow prosecutors engaged in official duties to carry a concealed firearm for self-defense.
Both bills are effective immediately.
