New Bill Would Encourage Access For Sportsmen

A proposal soon to be introduced in Congress by Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., and Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan.,--the Voluntary Public Access and Habitat Incentive Program Act of 2007--would provide $20 million a year to states with existing access programs and to those that wish to create them.
