Carry Bill Continues To Stir Debate

Wisconsin residents` Right-to-Carry may hinge on Democrats such as Sen. Russ Decker, D-Weston. Twice in recent months, Decker has crossed party lines to vote in favor of the bill, and he is expected to vote for an amended version of the bill again when it hits the Senate floor.
