New Jersey Black Bear Hearing!

This Tuesday, June 21, a hearing on proposed changes to the Game Code for this fall and winter will be held by the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife. The possibility of bear hunting is on the agenda, and animal rights activists may be present to voice their opposition. Please plan to attend this important hearing in Trenton!

The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm at the New Jersey State Museum, located at 205 West State Street, Trenton, NJ, near the Capitol Building. The New Jersey Federation of Sportsmen has organized a bus trip for individuals interested in attending the hearing. The bus will leave at 4:00 pm from the parking lot of the Ramsey Outdoor store, at 1039 Route 46 West, Ledgewood, NJ 07852. For additional information please call 973-691-9355 or 862-266-0508.
