In Brooklyn, U.S. District Judge Jack Weinstein dismissed a lawsuit brought by the NAACP against gun makers, ruling that the group showed handgun retailers were careless, but failed to prove the NAACP`s members were uniquely harmed. But even Americans who have no desire to ever purchase a firearm should consider the systematic quashing of these judicial "end runs" to be good news.
