Senate Bill 13 needs your help to become law. Sponsored by Senator Peter Kinder (R-27), SB 13 prohibits cities and the state from filing reckless lawsuits against gun manufacturers. This important legislation has passed the Senate as well as House committee, but now it needs to be passed by the entire House as well. As the General Assembly is rapidly approaching its adjournment date, it is vital that SB 13 be brought up for debate soon.
