West Virginia - HB 2110 Passes the Senate Judiciary

House Bill 2110 protects the rights of law-abiding firearm owners in West Virginia by blocking reckless local lawsuits against the firearms and ammunition industry, declaring it to be the sole discretion of the state. This week, West Virginia`s Senate passed HB 2110, recognizing that the real intent of anti-gun municipalities and their lawyers is to bankrupt a lawful industry with costly legal expenses. Senator Jeff Kessler, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, worked tirelessly to secure support for HB 2110, and was instrumental in its passage.
