Ohio - House Criminal Justice Committee To Consider Right To Carry Bill

House Bill 12, NRA-backed Right to Carry legislation that would allow law-abiding citizens who have satisfied a criminal background check and taken a training course to obtain a permit to carry a handgun concealed for personal protection, passed the House Criminal Justice Committee on Wedenesday, March 5. The Senate should review the bill later this month.
