The New Jersey Supreme Court has ruled that Democratic New Jersey Gubernatorial candidate Sen. Robert G. Torricelli can be replaced by an alternate candidate despite being 36 days into the election when the laws say the deadline for replacement is 51. The troubling news for New Jersey gun owners, however, is that Torricelli will be replaced by none other than long-time anti-gun activist, Frank Lautenberg.
