It`s not hard to understand why this Administration has been criticized as being lax in enforcing existing gun laws," Congressman John D. Dingell (D-Michigan) wrote Attorney General Janet Reno in a recent letter. "In an effort to better understand why the Department Of Justice is not doing more to prosecute violations of 18 USC 922(a)(6)," the Congressman sought answers to several specific questions.
