NRA Congratulates Budd in North Carolina 13th Congressional District Race

Fairfax, Va.— National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund Chairman Chris W. Cox issued the following statement congratulating Congressman Ted Budd on his hard fought victory. The men and women of the National Rifle Association played a critical role in this effort.

"On behalf of our nearly six million members, the National Rifle Association congratulates Ted Budd on his re-election to Congress. Congressman Budd is a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment, and he will work hard to protect our constitutional freedoms. Once again NRA members and Second Amendment supporters made a difference by showing up to the polls and voting.  Today, North Carolina voters rejected the extreme gun control agenda backed by Michael Bloomberg and sent a clear message in support of our Second Amendment right to self-defense."
