House Bill 2150 is currently being worked on by the House Committee on Federal and State Affairs. HB 2150 would make it unlawful for individuals to carry a firearm for self-defense into the Kansas University Hospital.
This bill is a solution in search of a problem, and it places an arbitrary boundary on your right to self-defense. Please contact members of the House Committee on Federal and State Affairs and urge them to OPPOSE House Bill 2150 and any amendment that would expand gun free zones.
