Missouri: Your Legislators Need to Hear from You Immediately, Urge Them to Override Veto on SB 656

Time is running out! Your legislators will reconvene within a week to vote to override Governor Jay Nixon’s veto of Senate Bill 656, pro-gun self-defense legislation.  Anti-gun forces have been gearing up for this fight and your action is needed now!  Don’t let anti-gun groups drown out your voice with their out-of-state gun control. It is imperative that you contact your lawmakers immediately!

With less than a week until the veto override vote, Second Amendment supporters in Missouri need to take action and make their voices heard.  SB 656 seeks to expand the fundamental right to self-defense of Missourians and strengthen their ability to protect themselves and their families.  Senate Bill 656 was passed out of the Legislature with overwhelming support during the 2016 Regular Session before being vetoed by Governor Nixon.  Your lawmakers need to hear from you NOW!  Also, please make plans to attend the Statehouse to show your support of the override vote.  For more information and to RSVP, please click the “RSVP” button below.
