On March 24, the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Criminal Information Bureau’s Firearm Unit issued the 300,000th concealed carry permit.
Wisconsin’s concealed carry permit program has been a huge success since it began in 2011. The number of concealed carry permit applications in Wisconsin is continuously increasing and has hit record highs in recent months.
