Virginia: Goochland County Board of Supervisors to Hold Public Hearing Tonight on Orapax Sporting Clays Range

The Goochland County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing today, January 2 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss granting a conditional use permit for the Orapax Hunting Preserve to open a sporting clays range. The meeting agenda can be found here.

Tonight’s hearing will be held in the Board Meeting Room (Room 250) in the Goochland County Administration Building located at 1800 Sandy Hook Road in Goochland. Please plan to attend this meeting and make your voice heard in support of the Orapax Sporting Clays Range.

If you are unable to attend this hearing, please contact the Board of Supervisors and urge them to oppose any action that will unnecessarily restrict recreational shooting in Goochland County. Contact information can be found here.
