Board of Supervisors in Sussex County, Virginia Table Proposed Attack on Shooting Ranges

Please Continue Contacting the Sussex County Board of Supervisors

On Thursday night, the Sussex County Board of Supervisors referred back to the planning commission a proposal to require "pistol and sporting clays ranges" in A-1 zoning areas to apply for a conditional use permit before opening.

This proposed ordinance had only been tabled and is not yet defeated. 

It is important that Second Amendment supporters contact the Board of Supervisors and thank them for their vote and continue to urge them to defeat this proposal if brought before the Board again.
