Two Maryland Pro-Gun Bills Awaiting Action Before the House Judiciary Committee

Two important pro-gun bills are awaiting consideration by the House Judiciary Committee. 

House Bill 332 would ensure that a person is not held criminally liable for damages or death of an individual who illegally enters the persons home or business to commit a crime.  HB 322 will be heard on Thursday, February 12 at 1:00 p.m. 

Also, the Committee will consider House Bill 359 on Thursday, February 19 at 1:00 p.m.  HB 359 would allow victims of spousal domestic abuse a temporary or final protective order to wear, carry or transport a concealed handgun and be issued a concealed carry permit by the Secretary of State Police.
