Tonight, Monday, September 8, the Kingston Township Board of Trustees will consider an ordinance that could have detrimental affects on the Second Amendment rights of the community. Simply put, this ordinance will outlaw “noise that is unnecessary in residential areas of this township,” including the discharge of firearms as well as whistling and signing.
Please make plans to attend this important hearing. The hearing will be tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the Kingston Township Hall, located at 9899 State Route 521, Route 521 & Carter's Corner Road in Sunbury.
