Earlier today, Friday, August 29, the California Senate resurrected Assembly Bill 2948 with a procedural motion. AB2948 now heads to the Assembly for concurrence where it could be voted on at any moment.

AB2948 would prohibit the sale of firearms and ammunition on the property or inside the buildings that comprise the Cow Palace. In short, AB2948 is a stepping-stone to ban gun shows in California.

Please contact your State Assemblymember IMMEDIATELY and respectfully urge him or her to oppose AB2948. Contact information for your Assemblymember can be found here.
