Important Right-to-Carry Reform Bill in Virginia Passes Through the Senate and Moves to House!

Please Contact the Members of the House Militia, Police, and Public Safety Committee and Urge Them to Support SB476!

On Tuesday, February 12, the Virginia Senate voted 24-17 in a bipartisan effort to pass Senate Bill 476, sponsored by Senator Emmett Hanger (R-24).  SB476 would allow restaurant owners to decide whether or not Right-to-Carry permit holders can carry a concealed firearm in a restaurant, provided the permit holder does not consume alcohol. 

As early as Friday, February 15, the House Militia, Police, and Public Safety Committee will hear SB476 and vote as to whether the full House of Delegates will act on this important bill.  Please call the members of the House Militia, Police, and Public Safety Committee listed below, and urge them to support your Right-to-Carry with their support for SB476, and please call and thank your State Senator for supporting SB476.
