Last week was the end of the legislative session in West Virginia and two important piece of legislation were passed. These bills now are on their way to the desk of Governor Joe Manchin (D).
House Bill 3074 will amend reciprocity requirements as well as authorize the Attorney General to execute reciprocity agreements with other states pertaining to the recognition of permits to carry concealed handguns.
House Bill 2348 prohibits any government agency from suspending our Second Amendment rights during any state of emergency.
