It looks as if an effort to recall California Gov. Gray Davis will collect the 900,000 voter signatures to make the ballot . That would set up a political free-for-all as the state is struggling with a $38 billion deficit. The mix of candidates to replace Davis may include both Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein and Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger.
