The Senate will consider Senate Bill 24, the "shall-issue" Right to Carry legislation, on Monday, February 24. Senate Bill 25, sponsored by Senator Jim Dyer (R-26), will also be heard next week. SB25 assigns firearm regulation authority to the Colorado legislature, making firearm laws uniform across the state.
