Majority Favors Enforcement Over Control

A recent ABC News public opinion poll shows that a majority of Americans favor strict enforcement of existing gun laws over passage of new firearm restrictions. Additionally, few think that gun control will reduce crime, and most do not consider new gun laws a priority.
