A gas thief shouldn't have pushed his luck after he escaped Guy Bolin, who was guarding his Center Point, Tex., service station with a shotgun. But the man returned a bit later to retrieve his car, which he'd forgotten in his haste to get out of range of Bolin's smoothbore. The second time around, Bolin caught and held him for police.
