Last week, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee held a nomination hearing for David Chipman – Biden’s anti-gun nominee to be director of ATF.  Chipman is a radical gun control lobbyist and his contempt for the Second Amendment was on full display at the hearing. Chipman made it clear that he wants to ban commonly-owned firearms, register gun owners with the federal government, and use every tool at his disposal to attack the rights of law-abiding American gun owners. 

His nomination vote will likely be this month. It is imperative that you contact Senator Pat Toomey TODAY and ask him to vote against Chipman’s nomination.
