Pennsylvania has become the 31st state to recognize Kansas concealed carry licenses, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said Tuesday.
The recognition allows Kansans holding a permit to lawfully carry concealed handguns while traveling in Pennsylvania, Schmidt said.
