Michigan: Gun bills find little traction at Capitol

Four months after an elementary school shooting in Newtown, Conn., spurred a social and political call to action across the country, the Michigan Legislature has done little to act on proposals that would affect gun regulations in the state.
But that's par for the course among most state legislatures nationwide. They are navigating the divisive debate over whether to change gun laws while grappling with other legislative priorities.
