Delaware: Review sought after judge OKs ban in public housing common areas

Plaintiffs in the Second Amendment rights lawsuit against the Wilmington Housing Authority have appealed a federal judge's ruling that upholds a ban on guns in common areas of public housing.
National Rifle Association backed attorneys representing two residents of Wilmington public housing filed notice this week that they will ask the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals to review U.S. District Court Judge Leonard P. Stark's July 31 ruling.
