Oklahoma: Bill protects rights during emergencies

Members of the House Public Safety Committee have passed a Senate bill that they say would increase legal protection of citizens' constitutional rights.
Senate Bill 1760, by Sen. Anthony Sykes, R Moore, and Rep. T.W. Shannon, R-Lawton, would specify the Second Amendment rights of Oklahomans cannot be taken away during a declared state of emergency.
