PASSED by a VOTE of 5-1 in the Senate Criminal Justice Committee

SB 0544  Tax Collectors/Applications for Concealed Weapon or Firearm License  by Senator Wilton Simpson (R-New Port Richey)  
PASSED by a VOTE of 6-0 in the Senate Criminal Justice Committee

SB 0546  To Protect Personal Identifying Information/License to Carry a Concealed Weapon or Firearm  by Senator Wilton Simpson (R-New Port Richey)
PASSED by a VOTE of 6-0 in the Senate Criminal Justice Committee

On Tuesday, February 4

HB 0255   To Stop Insurance Companies from Discriminating Against Gun Owners by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Shalimar) 
PASSED by a VOTE of 12-1  in the House Insurance and Banking Committee

On Wednesday, February 5

PCB KTS 14-02  To Stop Zero Tolerance from being used to traumatize children who were playing innocently -- in other words in situations where there is Zero Common Sense, the law will stop administrators who have little or no capacity for rational judgment from suspending children for play innocent children’s games like cops and robbers or cowboys and indians. 
Passed by a VOTE of 13-0 in the House Education K-12 Subcommittee.  The bill has now been introduced as HB-7029.  Click below for a copy:
